HOMAG S-500 is a fringe edge banding machine using polyurethane glue and a built-in return boomerang to achieve maximum productivity. It is equipped with 4 groups of dry cleaning of the treated pieces for perfect cleaning of the residues. The maximum welding speed reaches 25 meters per minute during POST-FORMING due to the CNC group of chocolate discs that it has installed. The machine has the ability to weld parts that already have CNC machining such as hinge holes and movements. This makes it the ideal combination with the MORBIDELLI X-200 PRO SPEED discussed below. The maximum thickness of the workpiece is 60mm.
